No camera video leaves your device

The sign-along and teleprompter tools capture only numeric sign-movement and facial-expression measurements, never your camera video or any image of you. Any video you choose to record is saved to your own device.

Encryption and access

Traffic to Runemind is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to your account is by your invited email. We limit who on our side can access account data to what is needed to run and support the service.

Processing

Cloud captioning and glossing are processed with Google Gemini. We do not sell your personal information. Confidential or embargoed work should not go on the cloud tiers; ask us about Runemind Build (confidential mode), where your work is not added to the shared community pool.

Your control

You can ask us to access or delete your data, including your sign-movement measurements and saved work, and withdraw consent for the capture features, at any time. Email [email protected].
